Gift vouchers are available in £5, £10, £20 and £50 amounts, and multiple vouchers can be purchased to make up a specific amount if different to the individual voucher quantities.

Old Dairy Saddlery e-Vouchers are fully redeemable online at www.olddairysaddlery.co.uk. e-Vouchers will be emailed to email entered at the basket. Gift vouchers cannot be used against 2nd hand items. Gift vouchers have no cash value and no change will be given from a gift voucher. Gift vouchers expire 36 months (3 years) from date of issue. Mock up devices (phone) not included. Phone for demostration purposes only and are not included in the actual product.

Returns
You are welcome to return your item for refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding underwear and made to order products). The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please note UK returns and exchanges can be made using our Parcelforce returns label at a cost of £7.95, or using your own alternative method.
